Made to order

Every Cheeky Cows item is printed to order rather than taken from ready-made stock. This helps us avoid producing piles of stuff nobody asked for.

How long will my order take?

Please allow  7 working days for your order to arrive and it can take longer during busy periods.
If you need your order for a particular date, please order well in advance. As our products are printed to order, we’re unable to offer a rush-order service or guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are weight based and calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please contact us at hello@cheekycows.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.

Occasionally production or delivery can be affected by circumstances outside our control, particularly during busy periods. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods.

Incorrect delivery information

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you realise you’ve entered something incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production, we can’t guarantee that details can be changed once an order is underway.
